Yes, all our metal and gemstone dice come with a 1-year 'Critical Success' warranty against chipping or manufacturing defects under normal rolling conditions.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-engraved sets are final sale and cannot be returned.
Are your dice balanced for fair play?
Absolutely. Our resin dice are pressure-cast to eliminate air bubbles, and our metal dice are CNC-machined to ensure center-of-gravity precision for fair, randomized rolls.
